Return Fee

Returns are FREE of cost. But please note that the shipping & handling charges and COD convenience charges collected ( if any) will not be eligible for refund.


Return Policy Will Not Be Valid For

  • Made to measure clothing product where the customer has placed a custom stitching order by selecting "Get this outfit custom tailored" under size option.

  • Clothing items that have been altered ( after delivery) on customer's request and have been redelivered to customer after alteration.

  • Products that have been exchanged once by the customer for a different size and the exchange size has been delivered.

  • Products that are used, worn, washed , damaged by the customer.

  • Products not returned in original packaging including: hangers, plastic wrap, dust bags, etc

  • Products damaged after delivery or showing signs of wear tear from being worn after delivery

  • Products where return has to be denied on grounds of hygiene.

  • Products which have been marked as Non-Returnable by the partner brand . This will be clearly mentioned on the product catalog page.


  • One Free Size Exchange or Alteration after Delivery

  • In the event you are not satisfied with the size or fitting of your delivered clothing or footwear item , we will get the piece altered to fit you or will offer delivery of exchanging for a different size. This will be completely FREE of COST. Our team will get the item picked from your doorsteps and re-deliver after getting the alterations done.

  • This feature is not available free of cost for International Orders(Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).For International orders, alteration will be chargeable to cover shipping charges.

  • Alteration or Size Exchange will make this item non-returnable and no returns will be possible for an altered item.

  • Return Logistics for Domestic Orders

    Returns are free and easy. For Domestic orders, once a return request is confirmed, we will facilitate the pick-up of the item from your doorsteps through one of our courier partners.



    Return Logistics for International ( outside India) Orders

    We currently are unable to arrange for return pickup for your delivered order in case you are not located in India.

    For International Returns, after you initiate a return, you will receive a confirmation communication explaining the process, asking you to send the returned items to our return facility in India (New Delhi).Return courier fees as paid by you will be reimbursed in full by Glitstreet to a maximum of USD 30 per item .
