How to find a product of choice?
At Glitstreet you can shop in multiple ways. The easiest way is to browse using the drop-down navigation menus at the top of the page, where you can find links to new products designers, new arrivals and our weekly top pick collections. Else, if you know what you are looking for, use the search box at the top centre to search for a specific category of product or a particular designer.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you do not. However, we recommend that you sign up to stay in touch with us to avoid missing out on updates and promotional offers.
How do I login on Glitstreet?
You can login through your Facebook or Google+ account. Please note that you do not have to login in order to use most of our Website. However, if you wish to save some our products to your wish list for future reference, or you want to stay in touch for being notofied about our discounts and sales,you have to signup/login.
How to place an Order?
When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size (there is a size guide for every item on the product page). Now create an account by registering with us. This helps us speeds up the ordering process and allows us to keep you informed about your orders and helps in speedy return refund process if the need be.Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail and a SMS acknowledgement before we initiate our validation process.
Why have I not received an order confirmation email?
Always be sure that your email address is correct as an incorrect email address is the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation. It may also be that your email provider has a SPAM filter that blocks certain emails. If you are still unable to find it, please contact our customer experience team to check that your order has been successful.
My items are not being saved in the shopping bag?
In most cases this is because your computer has been set to not accept cookies. Your computer needs to accept cookies as your details and items are stored here.
What payment methods are accepted on Glitstreet.com?
As most of our products are made on order and of high value, only Debit Card/Credit Card and Net Banking payment options are available at the moment. Additionally, if you are in Delhi/NCR, we also accept payment via 'Cash before Delivery (CBD)' typically within 3 days of your placing the order. For CBD, our logistics partner will arrange for cash pickup from your doorstep location. After the cash pickup is completed, your order will be confirmed.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card online at Glitstreet.com?
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
In such a case, first please check if your bank/credit card account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank.
How do I ensure that the purchased item fits me?
Every item on Glitstreet has a size guide. Click on the link below the size selection to view a conversion chart. For a specific size or measurement query, please contact our Customer Experience Team.
What if my purchased piece is not fitting me?
In case the purchased garment is not fitting you as per your expectations, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team for we provide one free alteration for all our products as per the measurements and specifications you provide us. Please refer to our returns & exchange policy for a detailed understanding of this.
Can I make a special request on my order, for example, to have an item altered to fit me?
Yes, you can select “customize” tab under the available sizes option at the time of placing your order. For such a made to order purchase request, our team will get in touch with you through email or over phone to collect the required specifications and accordingly get the piece custom made as per your requests. Please note that as of now we are only offering sizing customizations only and not any design or colour customization.
How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order will be delivered at your doorstep through our one of our logistics partners.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. Subsequently your order status is updated to you via emails and SMS at every step. You can additionally use the tracking details provided to you to track your order through our logistics partner.
How much time will it take for my order to reach me?
Most items in our collection are hand crafted, made especially for you on order and hence the total delivery times would take longer than usual e-commerce purchases you make. Most products are dispatched within 5-15 days of your placing the order and subsequently shipped anywhere within 3-10 days (from dispatched day) based on your location. So effectively our products should reach you in 8-25 days from day of placing order. On the product page for each item, you'll see an accurate dispatch time - the time it will take after placing an order, for the item to be ready for shipping to you. Does Giltstreet.com Ship Overseas?
At present we ship domestically across India and to over 30 countries internationally. In case of getting your order delivered to a country not on our list of serviceable countries, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by call our customer experience team on 1800-123-2947. and we will try getting it shipped to your location.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase from Glitstreet.com due to quality / fitting / appearing different issues, do not worry! Our Customer Experience Team is here to help and protect your best interests by providing hassle free returns in such cases. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed , undamaged and should be in their original packaging including: hangers, plastic wrap, dust bags, etc. Returns process is as below:
Is my personal information kept private?
We will only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you. You can visit the Site and browse through most of our features without having to provide personal details. During your visit to the Site you remain anonymous and at no time can we identify you unless you register with us or log on with your Facebook or Google+ accounts.Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your personal information with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent.
I returned my purchase. When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received, we'll initiate a quick product inspection to ensure that the product is returned in an unused, unwashed, undamaged and unworn condition- this is usually done within 2 working days.Within 48 hours of successful return product inspection, we will initiate your refunds and you will be informed by email of successful refund of your purchase amount. It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
